Please give accurate information when you create an account or place an order, and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that are used for fraud or abuse.
We take care to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours and packaging can vary slightly. All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KSh). If a product is listed at the wrong price or is out of stock, we may cancel the order and refund anything you have paid.
An order is confirmed once payment is received (M-Pesa) or accepted for cash payment where offered. You will get an order reference and updates by email or message. We may decline or cancel an order we cannot fulfil.
Delivery areas, fees and timings are set out on our Delivery Info page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Our Returns & Exchanges policy and Guarantee Policy explain what can be returned or replaced, within what time, and how refunds are paid. You can start a return or refund from My Orders.
Partners earn commission as described on the How It Works page. We may refuse, suspend or end a partner account, and withhold commission, where there is fraud, self-referral abuse or a breach of these terms.
We will do our best to provide the shop and your orders with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays or outages beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Kenyan consumer protection law.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
