Replacement or exchange

We dispatch your replacement or exchange within 1–2 days. We do not offer cash refunds.

Returns FAQs

Replacements and exchanges are processed within 1–3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Disputed rackets follow the Guarantee Policy timeline (14 working days).

Yes — exchanges are free if the new item is the same price. You pay or receive the difference if prices differ.

We collect returns at no cost to you for defective items or wrong items. Change-of-mind returns may incur a collection fee.

Racket broke or has a defect? Guarantee claims, damage disputes and the ticket process are covered in our Guarantee Policy. Disputed rackets must first be delivered to our shop for inspection.
